How to buy an item online?
After opening the website go through all the products or collections are live on website or search for your desire one from the category like- Mens, Ring, Earring, Toe Ring, Anklets or All Jewellery and etc.
Then select your product by clicking it, choose quantity - click on add to bag - click on proceed to checkout.
Enter your e-mail address and mobile no., click on continue and fill all your details in the form. Now click on next button, choose your payment option. After making payment or choose COD option, your order is placed.
Do I need to create an account to purchase anything?
Not really, we provide a hassle free Buying facility to our customers, However, Making an account helps you to keep tracking all your order status till its deliver you at right time & your all order history updated. Also, it will help us to provide you all required information by just a click away.
Click on Sign in logo above at top, fill all relevant details and it’s done.
How to login when I forgot my password?
Just click on forgot password – type your new password and then you can logging again.
What are the payment options?
We accept all the payment options like UPI standard & subscription, Paytm Wallet, Credit Card, Rupay Debit Card, Mastercard & VISA Debit Card, Netbanking and COD (cash on delivery)

How Order will be delivered?
Your order will be delivered to you directly by our delivery partners like - BlueDart, Delhivery, Aramex, India Post, etc, In any special case (Authorized Moirah only) belongs to Jaipur/local city, we can deliver the orders on same day by our official delivery person either COD or Prepaid.
How to track my order?
Sign in to your account – select your order – raise your query or call us at 8888288892. Else, you can track your order by going to our website and scroll down at Below to click on Shipping tab or click on this link - https://www.miorah.com/shipping, select the link of the delivery company from which you got the message and on your right hand side just type your waybill or reference number after choosing the category from any of them and at last click to go ahead to find out the order status.

How to know the date of delivery or what is the exact date and time for order to arrive?
After choosing your product which you want to buy, go at the pin code search option which is just below- “Add to Bag” option, enter your pin and click on check button. It shows the expected date of delivery. Your order will reach to you on this date or before than that.
You will get a message from our delivery partner on your registered mobile number and the delivery boy will call you on the date of order out for delivery. Approximation time, you can ask from delivery boy or it will show at tracking details at courier company webpage.
Is it safe to buy a precious jewellery over the internet?
Yes, everything is partial like offline buying, the question that always raised:-
1. Product Metal & Stone purity: – we provide certificates for Gemstones Jewellery & stamping on the metal Jewellery for authenticity of purity. Suppose, you buy 18k Diamond Earring then we will provide you Diamond Grade certificate and Stamping on Gold Purity of Earring, it doesn’t make any sense in Silver & fashion jewellery, However, on 92.5 silver jewellery we approved it with stamping surety & we also provide the Brand certificate.
2. Payment security: - We have 100% Secure Payment System (“SPS”), Also, having Https (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) facility as per Bank and RBI guidelines
Is it safe to mail jewellery?
Yeah, of course. All the orders are insured & send by well recognized courier companies. We cover all the even minor points of secured packaging, considering all safety measures and it will be delivered to you by well-known Logistic partners.
How can I return the product?
You can tell us your issue with the product you bought. If the issue is found to be reliable, we will initiate return procedure as soon as possible.
If the reason is genuine then we will follow the same procedure which is mentioned in our Return & Exchange policy tab.
How can I exchange the product?
Follow above steps and make a new order.
What is the warranty period for precious jewellery?
We have 7 days replacement policy if any genuine reason found.
What to do if I have size issues?
If the issue found by our mistake like we have sent you a wrong size product then certainly we will arrange a reverse pick up and will replace the item for you with correct size.
Can you help me keep the order a gift?
Yeah, we feel great. But for gift you have to make a prepaid payment.
If you want us to send a message too with gift. Still you have further requirement, you can tell us but you have to make an extra payment as needed according to your requirement.
Are your products fully clean and safe in this pandemic attack of COVID-19?
Yes, we deliver your products with full safety and taking all the precautions needed. So stay carefree.
Can I use a card or UPI payment option for COD orders?
This options is not featured now, but we are trying our best to get this option too acceptable.
